5 Tricks That Help You Lose 10 Pounds

There is no real magical trick to losinfg 10 pounds. It's all just hard work and dedication. But let's just label them tricks just for the heck of it. Of course, by hard work, I don't mean working your butts off in the office while you're sitting down, it will only burn energy not fats. Moving on, there are quite a number of tricks to help you lose 10 pounds, but I'm just going to discuss 5 of them. That should be enough to motivate you without making you feel overwhelmed.

Tip number 1, ditch the old attitude. If you're used to just accepting the stones that people throw at you because of your fat-filled body, take a stand and show them you can change that. And maybe one day they'd drool over you when they see your Ryan Reynolds-inspired abs or Adriana Lima-inspired fit figure. For one to lose 10 pounds, one must really have the right attitude and perspective. To get there however, you have to change the way you see food. You should be able to say no to cake, soda and chips to name a few. What I'm trying to say is you have to avoid unhealthy food and stick to the healthy ones. And when you eat healthy - like vegetables, fruits - you have to convince yourself that you like it. Otherwise, you'd be back to eating junk in no time. In any case, here are some proven and effective tips to lose 10 pounds.

Tip number 2, be realistic. If you noticed I inserted the word "inspired" whilst citing an example back in tip 1, it is to point out that we all have different body types. Learn to love yourself - well, including your body type. Any kind of body type would look hot when it is fit. Don't believe all the crap on T.V. or the internet about the ideal body. You have a certain ideal body, now go and work for it.

Tip number 3, drink lots of water. Water is essential for excreting waste and distributing nutrients to your cells. Start your morning by drinking a glass of water before anything else. If you've heard, the 8 glasses of water a day thing is debunked. Experts now say that men need 3.7 liters a day while women need 2.7. Wondering how you can drink that much water in a day? Do a very convenient schedule by using a certain measured glass and divide the number glasses you have to drink by the 3 meals plus the one in the morning.

Tip number 4, eat. Eat?! Yes, eat! If you don't eat for a few days, chances of me finding you in bed are so high, I'd be rich from it. Seriously, you have to eat - healthy food that is. By this time, you should know which ones are good for you and which ones are not. A reminder though, does not skip breakfast. It helps with your metabolism and keeps you going through the day.

Tip number 5, exercise. I don't want you to go all Taylor Lautner on me and go through that "to be Jacob Black" regimen. You don't even have to go to the gym. You can stay at home or at work while making the things you do a little more challenging. Here are a few tips:

(1) if you're the boss, and you want something to be recopied, go to the machine and do it yourself.

(2) Park your car a little farther in the parking lot and walk to extra meters the door to your office.

(3) Take the stairs. But that's only if your office is only a few floors up.

That should help you lose 10 pounds. If that doesn't work - who am I kidding? It will work. So now, go and change your life, uture hottie.
