Do Not Make These Mistakes If You Want To Lose Weight Successfully

by Cheow Yu Yuan
A lot of people wonder why they do not manage to lose those fats on their stomach although they have put in tremendous effort to do so. This is because to lose weight effectively, you will need to set smaller and achievable targets in your weight loss plan.
If you set your target too high, you will tend to remorse on losing weight fast, and in the end turn up that you cannot even lose a single pound. If you want to look slimmer, you need to follow a step by step plan and have the discipline to stick to it.
Now, let us discuss some of things that you should not do if you want to lose weight effectively:
1. Do not skip meals
A good diet plan should not encourage you to skip meal. By skipping meal, your body will tend to conserve more fats so as to store energy. This will result in accumulating more fats rather than burning them.
By skipping meals and stay hungry, it may even cause some serious health problems especially for those who are diagnosed with diabetes.
2. Dieting without exercising, or vice versa
An effective weight loss program will always include healthy dieting and regular exercising. Exercise is essential to keep the body fit and healthy, as it regulates blood circulation and other activities of the human body system.
Therefore, weight loss program without exercising is not effective at all. It will be better to go hand-in-hand with a good diet plan.
3. Eliminate procrastination
Procrastination always denies a person from achieving his or her personal goals. By delaying your plan to lose weight, you will not be able to reach anywhere.
Always stick to the weight loss timetable that you have set for yourself. One trick to keep yourself motivated and take action is to always imagine what it will be like if you are slimmer.
The effect will be even better if you are slim in the past. Dig out past photos of the slimmer you and place it somewhere prominent. Whenever you feel like procrastinating not to exercise or eat well, look at the photo. It should drive you to take action immediately.
Stick to your plan and start losing weight now.
Bear these 3 points in mind and have the discipline to stick to your correct plan. Although you may not see the result immediately, but i am pretty sure that as long as you stick to your plan, sooner or later you will reap the seed that you have sow.

The Hottest Diets Pills On The Internet

 by Timothy Russell

Although there are hundreds of choices for weight-loss pills, the proof is in the sales. More sales of diet pills are made on eBay than anywhere else.

Some of the hottest weight-loss pills on eBay are Lipovox, Ephedrasil and Colivex. How they help you lose weight is accomplished with very different styles, so do your research first before you purchase. There are also a number of natural remedies on available. Be an educated consumer of weight loss products.

Lipovox
This new pill promises the combination of "10 superfoods in one pill." With this combination of superfoods the company says you will experience 400% more weight loss than with diet and exercise alone. This product also claims it will cure your acne with the addition of Lipovox to your diet. The ingredients that make up Lipovox are:

Brazilian Acai: Harvested in the rainforests of Brazil, acai is packed full of antioxidants, amino acids, and essential fatty acids. Acai contains a remarkable concentration of antioxidants that help cardio and vascular health.

Cayenne Pepper Fruit: Cayenne pepper is high in antioxidant carotene and contains twice the amount of Vitamin C found in citrus. Cayenne pepper is great for turning up your metabolic rate.

Garlic: Garlic has been scientifically proven to reduce the total cholesterol (but raises HDL--"good"--cholesterol). Garlic helps the body fight natural toxins and blood disease.

Soybeans Isoflavones: Genistein, daidzein, and glycitein are the major isoflavones found in soybeans and offer the most numerous health benefits. They are used primarily for "Smart Carb" diets because they rank low on the glycemic scale.

Barley: Also used in all low-glycemic diets and is high in both soluble and insoluble fiber, barley has a large concentration of tocotrienols, the "super" form of Vitamin E.

Wheatgrass: The health benefits of this superfood have been documented over and over. Wheatgrass was sold in the early 1900s as one of the first pill vitamins.

Lactobacillus Acidophilus: The active ingredient in most yoghurts is a healthy bacteria needed for good digestion.

Alfalfa Sprouts: Alfalfa sprouts are a concentrated source of living enzymes. The alfalfa bean from which these sprouts come is much harder to digest, making this the preferred delivery source.

Flaxseed: Control your hunger and reduce the signs of aging by eating plenty of nuts. Flaxseed nuts are especially beneficial because of their high concentration fatty acid profile and concentrated supply of lignans.

Buckwheat: Buckwheat is very low on the glycemic scale and is vital in stabilizing the bloods sugar concentration after meals. This is a key factor in controlling obesity and diabetes.

You can find Lipovox on the Internet.

Ephedrasil
This product makes some very interesting marketing claims. The one that bothers us the most is "magical weight loss." There is nothing magical about the sales, though, this is one of the hottest pills on the Internet. This product is loaded with caffeine, so much that the label warns you not to take more than 6 pills per day. The ingredients that make up Ephedrasil include:

Green Tea (40% caffeine): Rather than say "caffeine" here, we have green tea. Chemically there is no difference--be careful with taking too much of this.

L-tyrosine: L-tyrosine is a protein amino acid. It is classified as a conditionally essential amino acid. Under most circumstances, the body can synthesize sufficient L-tyrosine to meet its demands.

Taurine: It occurs in the body as a free molecule and is not in muscle proteins. The taurine molecule is water soluble and thus doesn't easily cross the mostly fatty membranes of the body's cells but it is present in all membranes.

Glucurnolactone: Glucuronolactone is a popular ingredient in most caffeinated energy drinks. Glucuronolactone is included because it fights fatigue and provide a sense of well-being.

Metabromine: Not much is known about this trademarked ingredient commonly thought of as a stimulant. It is derived from the cocoa tree nut.

Phenylalanine: This is another essential amino acid that is necessary for the production of L-tyrosine. Common stimulant effects are associated with this acid.

Valerian root: Valerian has been used as a sleep aid for hundreds years. Its ability to help relax the central nervous system is universally accepted.

Passion flower: This plant is very similar to the Valerian root in its expected effect.

St. Johns Wort: Also known as goat weed, this plant used by some for depression, anxiety, and/or sleep disorders.

5-Htp: The manufacturer claims that 5-Htp is an amino acid that is the intermediate step between tryptophan and the important brain chemical serotonin. They also claim this is the key step in correcting hunger pangs.

Citrus Aurantium: This plant's claim to fame is synephrine. This ingredient is chemically very similar to the ephedrine and pseudo-ephedrine found in many OTC cold/allergy medications and in a number of weight loss and energy supplements which contain Ma Huang.

Colivex
This product is distributed through the typical internet product-bidding warehouses. Xta Labs is the supposed marketer of the Colivex. However, the minimal little information that can be obtained on the websites about the does not engender confidence in the supplement. A company using pictures of headless torsos clad in g-strings and Speedos to advertise what amounts to a laxative just doesn't come across all that reputable.

The listed ingedients are Glucomannan, Cape Aloe, Cascara Sagrada, Butternut bark, Dandelion leaves, and Licorice Root

Glucomannan is a dietary fiber, and has been marketed as a treatment for constipation, obesity, high cholesterol. It may relieve constipation by decreasing fecal transit time. In the treatment of chronic constipation, glucomannan significantly improved symptoms of constipation while being well-tolerated and free of relevant side effects.

Aloes Cape has been used for centuries for those suffering from irregularity or who need temporary relief from chronic constipation. A bitter herb, Aloes Cape is a natural source of iso- and bioflavonoids, amino acids, iron and calcium and is known to produce antiviral, antibacterial and antifungal effects.

Cascara Sagrada has a long history of traditional use by Native Americans. Cascara sagrada contains compounds called anthroquinones, which are responsible for cascara's powerful laxative effects. Anthraquinones trigger contractions in the colon, called peristalsis, which causes the urge to have a bowel movement. Today, it is one of the most common herbal laxatives. In addition to being a powerful laxative, cascara is also believed to improve the muscle tone of the colon walls.

Butternut bark is commonly used for gallbladder disorders, for hemorrhoids, and for treatment of skin diseases. Orally, Butternut bark can also be used as a gentle, stimulant laxative, antimicrobial, andtiparasitic, and tonic.

Dandelion is known as a rich source of vitamins A, B complex, C, and D, as well as minerals such as iron, potassium, and zinc. Its leaves are often used to add flavor to salads, sandwiches, and teas. The roots can be found in some coffee substitutes, and the flowers are used to make certain wines. In traditional medicine, dandelion roots and leaves are used mainly as a digestive remedy and diuretic.

Licorice root is believed to be an effective expectorant, and has been used for this purpose since ancient times. Modern cough syrups often include licorice extract as an ingredient. Additionally, licorice may be useful in conventional and naturopathic medicine for both mouth ulcers and peptic ulcers.
